in 1847 by General Urquiza and declared historic monument, this
magnificent palace designed in Italian style looks on to an arm
of the Uruguay River, where a small loading quay has been built.
The main house is a clear example of 19th century splendor, with
its coffering, columns, heavy doors made in carved wood, huge fireplaces
and wooden and marble floors.
Location
12.5 miles from the city of Concepción del Uruguay and 186.5
miles Buenos Aires.
