Individual reservations
To guarantee your stay or service you must pay between 50% and 100% of the total amount within 24 hours, according to the ranch requirements. You can pay it at our office or by making a transfer by Western Union

Individual reservation / Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is required with a 24 hour anticipation, previous to the passenger’s check in, the total deposited amount will remain as a credit, applicable to future reservations. If the cancellation is made 24 hour before the check in date, an amount equivalent to a 24 hour stay will be deducted. The deposit balance, if any, will remain as a credit applicable to future reservations.

Group reservations

VALIDITY:
Budgets are valid for 20 days, once expired it must be requoted.
The budget price is based on the number of guest.

PAYMENT:
The reservation payment must be, at least, 50% of the total amount. In case the number of passengers is modified at the moment of the payment, the ranch is entitled to requote said budget. If for any reason this number is reduced, the rate per person will probably be increased. The balance shall be paid 10 days in advance.

Payment conditions:
• 50% on making the reservation.
• 50 % ten (10) days before the event date.

CHEQUES:
The package payment must be made by means of dated cheque to the order of:

Group reservation / Cancellation policy:
If the event is cancelled 2 days before the reserved date, the ranch will withhold 50% of the deposit in concept of expenses. The remaining 50% will be credited for future events. If it is cancelled within 10 or 20 days before the event, the whole reservation will be withheld.
